In Small Wonders, you’ll bring these little treasures and transform them into an intimate nature box—a tiny world made from things you have found, noticed, and been drawn to.
Part nature collection, part assemblage, part visual poem, your box can hold whatever you imagine: a memory, a feeling, a story, a moment in nature, or simply something beautiful.
A practice in noticing
We’ll slow down and let nature be our muse.
You’ll play with arranging natural objects, words, images, and other materials to create a small work of art that is uniquely yours. There is no right way to make it, and no artistic experience is necessary.
The invitation is simply to notice.
You may be surprised by what emerges when you give your attention to the things that are easy to miss.
Come spend a few unhurried hours gathering, creating, and following your curiosity.
Come make something small.
Come notice something wondrous.

preserved bugs
rocks
dried flowers
any other oddities or curiosities that you’ve received from the Earth
If you don’t have anything to bring, worry not! Colleen will have a selection of feathers, shells, seeds (and possibly other goodies) available.

This includes the prepared paper to make the boxes and all the supplies you’ll need to create your small wonder box.
