The world is full of chaos and feels tumultuous. Separating the external chaos from our inner turmoil can be challenging. Whether your inner world is chaotic or the external world is wearing you down, come. Give yourself the gift of retreat so you can listen for the whisper beneath the noise. Your wild self, gently held. Where creativity and calm walk hand in hand. Take time to find your Inner Calm, that place within that never changes, that is still, and at peace.
Content
This will be a weekend of activities and exercises that are both playful and profound. Included will be:
SoulCollage®*,
Nervous system regulation exercises,
Writing prompts,
Dance,
Poetry,
Sound bowls, and
Time in nature.
There is no experience necessary for any of these activities. That’s the beauty of them: they are easy to learn and easily access what’s already within.
“You are a gifted facilitator who attracted strong and open participants. You have such a strong sense of yourself that you can be vulnerable and imperfect while staying fully present, which gives me permission to do the same. You provided the right amount of pacing, activities and structure without anything going on too long.”
Where
St. Andrew’s Retreat Center
We are meeting at St. Andrew’s House. Their lodge has traditional log cabin style walls, a massive stone hearth, and views of the Olympic mountains.. Their food is delicious.

“You are such a gifted facilitator!! I can’t tell you enough how much I *deeply* appreciate your authenticity. I often feel like a fish out of water at these things because there is a weird air of spiritual importance. Instead, I encountered your humor, silliness, honesty, frankness - AND in addition to all of that, you were deeply tuned in to each of us.”
Our Guest Facilitator, Dana Carr
Dana believes in the power of dance to transform individuals and communities for the better. As a dance facilitator and silent disco host, she provides dancers of all shapes, sizes, colors, genders, sexual identities, ages and abilities with the opportunity to practice radical non-judgement, brave authenticity, and joyful togetherness. She has led countless group dance experiences, guiding and inspiring participants to embody courage, curiosity, connection, and creativity.
