Join me in my studio on the 3rd Sunday of the month for an afternoon of Spiritual Crafting.
I provide the devoted space, gentle direction, and all the materials you'll need (although you're welcome to bring additional materials) for whatever craft we're doing that month.
You can expect a guided meditation, a writing prompt, or some such gentle guidance into the activity.

According to the Tibetan tradition, the prayer wheel lineage traces back to the 4th century.
Prayer wheels are devices for spreading spiritual blessings and well being
I’ll have all the supplies you’ll need to decorate your Prayer Wheel in any way you like. If you have particular paper, stickers, or any other accoutrements you want on your Prayer Wheel, by all means, bring it.
Also bring your curious self and and idea of the prayers you want to tuck into your prayer wheel when it’s completed.
